**What’s inside**
- **Immune Care** – a warming blend of tea tree, frankincense and other botanicals that helps protect against seasonal bugs and supports natural immune responses. Apply diluted to chest or diffuse to purify the air.
- **Breathe Easy** – a refreshing blend of peppermint, eucalyptus and other decongesting oils to open airways and ease chest congestion. Ideal for steam inhalation or chest rubs when mixed with carrier oil.
- **Restorative Sleep** – a calming blend of lavender, chamomile and marjoram to create a relaxing environment for deeper breathing and restful sleep. Diffuse before bedtime or add a few drops to a warm bath.
**Directions**
- **Diffuse:** Add 3–5 drops of any blend to a diffuser to support immunity, breathing or sleep.
- **Steam inhale:** Add 3–5 drops to hot water, cover your head with a towel and inhale for 10 minutes (not recommended for asthmatics).
- **Topical use:** Dilute 3–5 drops in 1 tbsp carrier oil or lotion and massage onto chest, neck or soles of feet as needed.
