Whip up a creamy, nutritious breakfast in minutes with our organic quick oats. Whole oat groats are rolled into thin flakes that cook faster than regular rolled oats while retaining their wholesome fibre and vitamins.
To cook, combine one part oats with two parts water or milk, bring to the boil and simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally. For an even creamier result, soak overnight and reheat in the morning.
