Add 5 drops to 1/2 tsp of Untouched Body Cream and apply to the affected area only. Warming effect. Always dilute in a carrier.
Nerve tonic and relaxant
Add 2-3 drops to the bath or diffuser. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Gut health support
Add 1-2 drops to salad dressing or green smoothies.
